How do you turn a new show into a hit, before anyone even knows about it? That was the brief for establishing a brand new musical at the London Palladium for one night only.
Boom Live knew that the first opportunity to establish Eugenius! as a hit was with the design of a perfect title treatment. An original concept was designed to emanate the kitsch comic book themes of the show and create mass appeal. The full service campaign was rolled out across multiple platforms including the LED display screens at the London Palladium. The brand was further elevated through a powerful social media campaign. The title treatment was ‘tested’ on followers and feedback taken to allow for the development of the brand. This expertise allowed Boom Live to reach as many potential audience members as possible, and build the brand effectively in a short space of time. For a final ‘He-man Hero’ moment, Boom Live wanted to give the audience a piece of the Eugenuis! brand experience to take home. Souvenir cassette tapes of the original soundtrack were designed, produced and distributed on the night to ensure the premiere performance was a truly ‘Eunique New Musical’.
